Tagging your systems, policies, and training is helpful when you need to narrow down your search results whenever you try searching for particular systems.

All 3 types of systems have this section.

You can follow these steps to add tags:

  1. Click and edit the system, policy, or training system you want to add tags to.

  2. Scroll down to the Tags section.

  3. Type the short keywords relevant to your system in the Create tags... field and click on ADD, or simply hit the Enter key.

    Tip: You can add multiple tags at once by separating the tags with a comma and hitting the ADD button after entering them all.


    e.g. system, systemHUB, SYSTEMology, business systems

  4. Once your tags have been added, they can be used as search terms or words to find the relevant system.
