Having trouble embedding and playing YouTube videos in your account? Here are a few trouble shooting ideas.

A common issue causing YouTube videos to not load within your systemHUB account is the listing type (on Youtube) being set to "Private".
If a video is set to Private the video typically loads for the YouTube account holder but no one else.

The trick to ensure your videos are set to "Unlisted" - with this setting videos won't be display in the YouTube search results so others outside of your organisation will not find them.

The will still load for users who have the exact video URL, which enables them to work within systemHUB.

Should you require tighter security, you need to host your videos with a more secure video hosting service like wistia.com, vimeo.com or viddler.com. Note: All of these video services are compatible with systemHUB.
