We're excited to announce the release of several updates to our platform. Based on your feedback, we've made improvements to ensure a smoother experience.
Here are the major updates:
1. Save smarter, not harder: Say goodbye to the publish button and hello to our new single save button! Don't worry - your systems will still auto-save while you're working on them!
2. Members sorting made simple: Our Members section just got an upgrade. Easily sort users by name, type, login date, and total logins.
3. Branding made easy: Haven't added a company logo yet? No problem! Your company name can now serve as your default dashboard logo.
4. Double the security: Your account is now even more secure with our new Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for systemHUB user accounts.
5. Video support expanded: Wistia and Vidyard users rejoice! Our videos section now supports both embed and share links.
Here are the minor updates:
1. Get colourful! You're no longer limited to just the colour picker - you can now manually type and update colour codes to customize your systems.
2. Member count made easy. Want to know how many team members are in your account? Check out the footer of the Members section for an instant tally.
3. Delete with confidence. No more accidental deletions - our updated system now prompts you to confirm what you're deleting before it's gone for good.
4. Template talk. We've simplified things for you by renaming the Email Templates section to just Templates. Easy-peasy!
5. Permission to disable. Need to remove a team member's access? Now you can, with our new permission setting to disable or deactivate their account.
